Unlike many E-commence ventures, we do not capture or store any credit card numbers on our sites or servers. Although it appears to be within your registration website, all credit card number entry and transaction is performed at the AuthorizeNet website.
- What costs are associated with online conference registration
The cost of setting up and operating your registration site is divided between OCR, your credit card merchant account provider, and AuthorizeNet Internet Payment Gateway.
Setup Fees:
- OCR Website set-up fee to custom tailor the site to your requirements: $1200 (suggested retail)
- Authorize.Net gateway setup fee*: $99
- Merchant Account* (if you do not currently have one): as determined by your Merchant Account provider
Monthly Fees:
- OCR: NO MONTHLY FEE
- Authorize.Net Gateway: $17.95
- Credit Card Merchant Account: as determined by your Merchant Account provider
Per Transaction Fees:
- OCR Transaction Fee: 7.0% of online transaction
- Authorize.Net gateway: $0.10 / transaction
- Credit Card: as determined by your Merchant Account provider
